What happens when I make a complaint?
If you’ve had a less than satisfying experience with Eureka Mums we’d like to hear from you. Every bit of feedback is reviewed by our CEO and Operations Manager.
How do I lodge a complaint?
Please use this short feedback form and include your preferred contact information.
If you’d prefer to write to us we have the following options:

We aim to resolve your issue within 5 business days. If it takes longer, we'll keep you updated on our progress until we solve it.
What if I want to take my complaint further?
If we’re still unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can contact the Australian Charities and Not for Profit Commission.
